Initially i was very impressed. I had a technician here within 24 hours and an estimate of a reasonable rate. THe technician was very pleasant. The only unfortunate event was that i was billed for almost 2x the estimate, without being warned that the service required additional time beyond the estimate. Seth was very professional, and we were able to work out a mutually agreeable solution.
