Showed up promptly to initial appointment, was slightly late for second but called in advance to see if that was ok. Very polite and conscientious service. Would hire again for future projects.

I hired Ron to do the install on a Fri. AM & had been in contact with only him via cell phone. I was out of town Thurs. night. Due to a car accident on I-5, I called Ron many times to tell him that I might be late since traffic was at a standstill; I got home 5 min. after the appointed time. Ron never showed. An hour later, he called & said he was in a meeting & the apprentice he sent showed up 20 min. before the scheduled time, waited & left. I hired Ron, not an apprentice! If he planned to send someone else, I should've had THAT person's cell #! Ron apologized but I was quite angry. Ron came himself on a Sunday to do the install.
