| A very good install, but mediocre communication and poor business dealings tarnished my overall experience. The floors are beautiful, but somehow it feels that it could have been a much smoother process to get there. |

| Mike and company did an excellent job. They were often late but I also did not press them to come early. When there was a mix up with the wood, Mike did everything in his power to rectify the situation so as to inconvenience us as little as possible. I recommend him. |
