Mark was very polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job repairing the water line to my house. I was not very happy with the price, but they were ever so slightly less expensive than other plumbers, so that helped me tolerate what I thought was an overpriced repair. I didn't like how they make you join their "club" to get the best rates, seemed pushy. But the discount was more than the cost of membership, so I of course joined. Jury is still out on whether or not it was worth it.

Steven was customer service oriented. He was pleasant and friendly and that made a huge difference for me under the stressful situation. He explained things thoroughly upfront and completed the task in a timely manner. He took care of the little things that would have taken more time out of my day if I would of had to do them.
