I was very impressed that Rex took extra effort to meet with me early in AM before work so I did not have to take time away from work. I am very difficult to reach and he took the initiative to drive over and meet me even tho he want sure I'd be there! the asphalt burn and drain repair were done very well even tho he had to work around one of the cars left in the parking area. The pipe required mortar and he gave me excellent instructions for getting that done. It seemed to have worked great. However, it was easy/cheap and would have saved me a day of driving around to buy material and apply the mortar, wish he had one of his guys do it then.
