I liked the fact that Nathan worked on his own, had good suggestions for work-arounds, was willing to accommodate reasonable changes, and was extremely reliable. I'd ask him again. Very personable. The project entailed remodeling an already remodeled basement (ca 1960s): opening up storage areas, sheet rocking a main room, recovering and re-using knotty pine in two smaller rooms, re-enclosing a furnace area, installing replacement windows, and seriously upgrading the lighting. I am really pleased with the result, and with the doggedness with which Nathan kept at the project, and the manner in which he tried to keep costs down.
