I had an exhaust fan on an automatic timer and it would not shut off. Lucas contacted me immediately after I contacted servicemagic. He and his partner arrived on time the next day. They were professional and funny. They asked where the "timer" was located. I didn't know there was a timer. They quickly determined that the fan had a timer, it was l located in the furnace room and someone flicked on the override switch. I had to pay $148 to have it clicked off. I'd still hire them again.

We live out of state and manage apt building from our home. We haven't met John in person, we did spoke with John over the phone. So to rate the work we will not know his work until we see on May 4th. I would like to resubmit an actual rating after I view his work. His price was a bit more than we would have paid our other electrician, but we were in a bind.

Very quick turnaround for the job. During the job itself, the electrician was either exactly on time or a little early so I never had to wait. Price was reasonable and within the expected range. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
