He came to bid for framing only but ended up being my GC #8. He has done since- framing & cement boards in 2 bathrooms, subfloor repair & cement boards in kitchen, cut 1 sky light, pluming (pick up from my previous idiot of a plumber left off all screwed up), exterior sewer repair, and insulation. He is scheduled to do window replacement (23 windows total) and painting of the whole interior of the house. I still have a whole lot to do outside and a whole unfinished basement. Whatever work I do in the future, I'll call Gary first to check if his guys can do it.
