When he arrived for a consultation, he explained the procedures for spot removing and our different carpet types and provided an estimate. Tom worked very hard to deal with some difficult stains and followed up with me the next day. His estimate was right on and the cost was really reasonable besides! My problem was water damage and Mr. Alameda has been prompt, knowledgeable and polite. He is working with our insurance adjuster and can do a lot of the repair work himself, such as wall board and the painting. Very happy.
