Lee came out right away to measure and show me options. I really liked that he had a local door manufacturer to deliver a custom-made door quickly. There was a slight problem with installation, however: because our old garage isn't perfectly square, an additional day of work was needed to make everything fit. They did come out the next business day to fix the new door to fit our old garage. I would have liked for them to leave me a message about connecting our new garage door opener (we needed an extension cord, so when we came home to our new door, it wasn't plugged in), but they were honest and answered my calls quickly & courteously.
