Richard Bigelow installed an in-wall door intercom and remote unlock (door strike) system in a multi-floor apartment building. His initial call was quick, and he was on time for the estimate and everything thereafter.
Everything went according to expectations - on time, on budget, and the system works great. He and Troy were courteous, helpful and professional.
The intercom installation required the involvement of an electrician, a locksmith, and wall/sheetrock repairs - all were arranged by Bigelow, so the detailed and involved installation was a "one stop" shop.
I strongly recommend his service and won't hesitate to call again.

They were prompt, efficient, quick, and gave us more than we bargained for. He noticed some problem with the siding of the building, and I flagged the condo manager. They talked for a while, and it became clear he truly knew what he was talking about. This was not a ploy for work -- D3 doesn't even DO the kind of thing tht was needed. In all, it was a great experience and after a few weeks things still work perfectly.
