He's great:
*He invited me via email to contact him instead of telephoning me seconds after I asked for referrals
*He focused on finding the carpenter ant nests instead of trying to sell me a maintenance package
*He didn't try to get me to hire him before an inspection & our appointment
*He actually showed up for our appointment on time
*He was very thorough; he went the extra mile to check a neighbor's tree that might be the cause without extra charge (much to her delight); he even killed a hornets nest he discovered while treating our home, again without extra charge
*He spoke kindly of his competition
*He's local, not some national chain!
