They exceeded my expectations and were great to work with. They arrived when they said they would and when the supplier shipped them the wrong furnace they actually installed a better unit for the quoted price.
During the install they sent a supervisor and my sales contact to my house to be sure things were going properly and removed all old parts after a thorough clean-up.
