Darren was very promptly and accommodating. I had two leaks that needed repair - Darren was able to fix one easily, and communicated quickly and clearly about the additional work that would be needed to fix the other repair. Ultimately, the new buyers of the house will now tackle the more extensive leak, but Darren was willing and ready to complete the task if I needed him to do it.
