Very knowledgeable. Prompt, reliable, and reasonable rates. Very straightforward and won't try to string you along. We have an old boiler that he was able to fix. All other companies wouldn't even touch it and suggested to just buy a new one. A new boiler would have cost 3 times the price of having the existing one fixed.

Jim and Dwight both arrived on-time (seperate occassions) and got my pool heater up and running quickly. Rates were reasonable, service was very good.
A few days later I had another pool issue, and Classic Pool and Spa was able to come out and get me up and running for the Memorial Day Weekend.
