Steve was very prompt in responding to our request and even more impressive with his scheduling flexibility. He offered to come the same day or even after hours. He quoted a reasonable price (less than half the quote from Trade Electric a month earlier, which prompted us to wait). When he came in the afternoon he was professional and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and told us that our thermostat was fine and that 2 of the actual heaters int he wall needed replacement. He drove down and bought them and installed it all for the same reasonable labor price and even made it so we can adjust the heat or turn it off at each heater
