He sent samples right away, is priced inline with others, was always available when I called, and followed up often without being annoying. DON'T WORRY THAT T.T.S. IS BASED IN SPOKANE IF YOU LIVE IN SEATTLE. This did not impact the job or quality of the service, at all. The application was done by John, who, like Darren was in constant contact with me and responsive to my calls. He left my home clean when done. These guys CLEARLY work hard and are professionals.
