Sergei and his crew were meticulous on our initial job to install hardwood flooring in 3 bedrooms upstairs in our new home, and Kahr's engineered flooring downstairs. We had wanted to go with an engineered product upstairs, but Sergei recommended and was able to install hardwood for about the same price (and it made a big difference). We had contractors in the house at the same time and WCI covered the floors to protect them after they were done in a room. We were so happy with the work, we had Sergei refinish our existing maple floors and finish out a bathroom in hardwood. His men were clean, fast, timely, and the work was fantastic. I would recommend Sergei to my family members and have already referred him to my boss--that's how good he is!

A very good install, but mediocre communication and poor business dealings tarnished my overall experience. The floors are beautiful, but somehow it feels that it could have been a much smoother process to get there.

Mike and company did an excellent job. They were often late but I also did not press them to come early. When there was a mix up with the wood, Mike did everything in his power to rectify the situation so as to inconvenience us as little as possible. I recommend him.
