The new stairs look great and I was happy with the final result. The owner, Jason, was responsive and easy to work with. And the carpenter, Tavis, did a very good job and was very courteous. I've rated budget and value as fair, which is in comparison with the other estimate I received. A pile of scrap wood was left behind, otherwise I probably would have given them a very good for cleanliness. I would certainly consider them again for future projects.

I would recommend only if there was no rush to get the job done. My project ran over by a week. They were quite curteous and cleaned up after themselves every day. One day left they garden gate open and my greyhounds escaped. Our biggest issue was communicating with the installers and the customer service person at the office. The installer spoke virtualy NO ENGLISH and the customer service person had trouble understanding specific details important to us and our project. The reason I would recommend this contractor is because they did show up on time every day and kept the job site clean and most importantly finished the job and didn't go ov
